基于创优目标的电力EPC总承包工程质量管理系统构建

Establishment of Quality Management System for Electric Power EPC General Contracting Project Based on the Goal of Creating Excellence

针对电力EPC总承包工程发展的特点并结合工程实践,总结建立了以创优为目标的工程建设质量管理系统,以质量保证体系和创优定位为基础,提出了总承包管理模式下的质量管理组织机构和统一的质量标准要求,通过全面的质量管理落实创优目标,提出了质量意识、科技创新风险管控在创优工程过程管理的重要性,讨论了影响工程创优工程的其他关键点,旨在为电力EPC总承包创优工程提供可借鉴的质量管理模式。

According to the characteristics of electric power EPC general contracting project and combined with engineering practice,the quality management system of engineering construction with the goal of creating excellence is summarized and established,which is based on the quality assurance system and the orientation of creating excellence. This paper puts forward the quality management organization and unified quality standard requirements under the general contract management mode,and achieves the goal of creating excellence through the measures of total quality management. At the same time,the importance of quality awareness and risk control of scientific and technological innovation in the process management of the project is put forward,and other key points that affect the engineering innovation are also discussed. The purpose of this paper is to provide the quality management model for the general contract of electric power EPC.
