摘要
以预拌混凝土和管片原材料的水泥和天然砂中的部分检测指标进行量化评估分级为实例,介绍了如何运用数据分析方法来寻找出质量状况最差或较差的检测指标,进而筛选出最差或较差的原材品种,以此来明确质量管控工作的重点,将有限的时间精力投入到最需要的薄弱环节从而提升质量管控工作的效率和效果。在检验批验收环节针对那些需要进行实测实量的检查项目也可参照该方法提升管控工作的效率与效果。
This paper introduces how to use the data analysis method to find out the worst or worse quality of the test indicators by the living example of quantitative evaluation and grading of some test indexes in cement and natural sand of raw materials of ready-mixed concrete and pipe segments are carried out,then screen out the worst or worse raw material varieties,to clarify the focus of quality control work,that is the limited time and energy will be invested in the most needed weak link to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control work. In the inspection batch acceptance segments for those who need to carry out the actual measures of inspection items can also refer to this method to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of management and control work.
