摘要
热轧带肋钢筋新国家标准GB1499.2-2018《钢筋混凝土用钢第2部分:热轧带肋钢筋》已于2018年2月6日修订完成并发布,2018年11月1日实施,替代原标准GB1499.2-2007《钢筋混凝土用钢第2部分:热轧带肋钢筋》。对比热轧带肋钢筋的新旧标准,从尺寸偏差的测量和判定、力学性能特征值的变化等各方面,对新旧标准做了详细的比较,并简单介绍引伸计法测定最大力总伸长率的检测方法和钢筋反向弯曲试验方法。
New national standard for hot rolled ribbed bars GB1499.2-2018“Steel for Reinforced Concrete Part 2:Hot Rolled Ribbed Bars”has been revised and issued on February 6th,2018 and implemented on November 1st,2018. To replace the original standard GB1499.2-2007 “Steel for Reinforced Concrete Part 2: Hot Rolled Ribbed Reinforcement”. Comparing the old and new standards of hot rolled ribbed steel bars,this paper makes a detailed comparison between the old and new standards in terms of the measurement and judge of dimensional deviation,the change of characteristic value of mechanical properties and other aspects,and simply introduces the detection method of maximum total elongation determined by extensometer method and the reverse bending test method of steel bars.
