中山大学临床预见习的回顾与展望

The Past,Present and Future of Pre-clinical Observation Learning in Sun Yat-sen University

临床预见习作为中山大学“早期接触临床”的主要形式,经过20年的实践、探索与发展,目前已被国内多所医学院校认可与推广,具有重要的实践价值,但其在实施过程中仍存在一些问题。本文将从中山大学临床预见习这一教学活动的诞生背景、价值及现状进行文献回顾学习,结合我校医科在临床预见习实施过程中积累的相关经验,进一步分析临床预见习在医学教育实践中的存在问题与挑战并提出改善策略,以期对其未来的发展提供帮助。

Pre-clinical Observation Learning(PCOL)is the main form of Early involvement in clinical practice in Sun Yat-sen University(SYSU). It has been widely accepted and applied in many medical colleges after 20 years’ application and exploration,which has a significant value in practice. However,there’re still some problems in the practice of PCOL. Literature review and analysis with current experiences of SYSU was used in this study to make clear the concept,background,value,current situation and difficulties in implementation of PCOL in order to give some advices for improvements for the future’s development.
