上肢微型游离皮瓣移植修复手指创面的临床效果

Clinical effect of mini-free upper limb skin flap transplantation for repair of finger wounds

目的探究上肢微型游离皮瓣移植修复手指创面的临床效果。方法选择2015年5月至2018年5月于我院就诊的30例手指创伤患者为研究对象,均给予上肢微型游离皮瓣移植修复,患者接受治疗后6个月随访,观察修复效果。结果 30例患者的皮瓣均存活,存活较好患者占比为93.33%,患者皮瓣外形恢复良好。患者治疗后两点辨别觉距离显著缩短,质地识别觉的识别种类明显增多(P<0.05)。患者手指再造功能优、良占比显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。各皮瓣类型修复后手指再造功能无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采用上肢微型游离皮瓣移植修复对手指创面进行修复,患者手指功能恢复较好,近期疗效较优。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of mini-free upper limb skin flap transplantation for repair of finger wounds. Methods Thirty patients with finger wounds treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected as the study objects. All patients were treated with mini-free upper limb skin flap transplantation. The patients were followed up for 6 months after treatment to observe the repair effect. Results All the flaps survived in 30 patients,93.33% of them survived well, and the shape of the flaps recovered well. After treatment, the distance of two-point discrimination significantly shortened, and the types of texture recognition significantly increased(P<0.05). The proportions of excellent and good finger reconstruction function were significantly higher than those before treatment( P <0.05).There was no significant difference in reconstruction function of fingers repaired with different types of skin flaps( P>0.05).Conclusion The functional recovery of the fingers in patients with finger wound repaired by mini-free upper limb skin flap transplantation is good, and the short-term curative effect is better.
