PFNA与锁定钢板治疗不稳定型股骨粗隆骨折的效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术与锁定钢板治疗不稳定型股骨粗隆骨折的效果。方法将84例不稳定型股骨粗隆骨折患者根据简单随机法分为对照组(锁定钢板治疗)和观察组(PFNA内固定治疗),各42例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间、术后负重时间及骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者Harris评分及Barthel指数评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 PFNA治疗不稳定型股骨粗隆骨折的效果优于锁定钢板治疗,其可促进患者术后关节功能恢复,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the effects of proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA) internal fixation and locking plate in the treatment of unstable femoral trochanteric fracture. Methods Eighty-four patients with unstable femoral trochanteric fracture were randomly divided into control group(treated with locking plate) and observation group(treated with PFNA internal fixation), with 42 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation duration, postoperative weight-bearing time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of Harris and Barthel index of both groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion PFNA is superior to locking plate in the treatment of unstable femoral trochanteric fracture. It can promote the recovery of joint function after operation,which is worthy of popularition.
