摘要
目的研究沙盘游戏在孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童心理治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2017年6月至2018年6月在我院接受治疗的48例ASD患儿,按照治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组(n=24)和研究组(n=24)。对照组患儿实施常规药物治疗,研究组患儿在对照组的基础上实施28周沙盘游戏治疗。使用孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)和Conners父母症状问卷(PSQ)评分对两组患儿的治疗效果进行评估。结果治疗后,研究组患儿的感觉/认知/意识评分、社交评分及ATEC总分均低于治疗前与对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的多动指数、焦虑、冲动-多动、学习障碍、品行问题评分均低于治疗前与对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规药物治疗相比,沙盘游戏能够有效对ASD患儿进行心理治疗,可以促使患儿康复,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To study the application effect of sandbox game in psychotherapy of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD). Methods Forty-eight children with ASD treated in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study and divided into control group(n=24) and study group(n=24) according to different treatment methods. The children in the control group were treated with conventional drug therapy, and the children in the study group were treated with sandbox game for 28 weeks on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects of the two groups were assessed by the autism treatment assessment scale(ATEC) and the Conners parental symptoms questionnaire(PSQ) scores. Results After treatment, the sensory/cognitive/consciousness, social scores and total scores of ATEC in the study group were lower than those before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of hyperactivity index, anxiety,impulsivity-hyperactivity, learning disabilities and conduct problem in the study group were lower than those before treatment and in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional drug therapy, sandbox game can effectively provide psychological therapy for children with ASD and promote the recovery of children, which is worthy of clinical wide application.
