丹七软胶囊结合血府逐瘀汤治疗心绞痛的效果及对患者心功能、生活质量的影响

Effect of Danqi soft capsule combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in treatment of angina pectoris and its influence on cardiac function and quality of life of patients

目的探讨丹七软胶囊结合血府逐瘀汤治疗心绞痛的临床效果及对患者心电图、生活质量的影响。方法选择2014年1月至2018年1月来我院就诊的120例心绞痛患者为研究对象,根据不同的用药方式将其分为对照组(60例,常规治疗)与观察组(60例,常规治疗+丹七软胶囊+血府逐瘀汤)。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率和心电图改善总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的J-Td、SV、心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间、hs-CRP、MMP-9、LDH、CK-MB、AST水平均改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的SF-36各项评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹七软胶囊结合血府逐瘀汤治疗心绞痛的效果显著,可以改善患者的心电图情况,提高心功能,改善炎症反应,并提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danqi soft capsule combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in treatment of angina pectoris and its influence on cardiac function and quality of life of patients. Methods A total of 120 angina patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2018 were selected as the study objects, and divided into control group(60 cases, routine treatment) and observation group(60 cases, routine treatment+Danqi soft capsule+Xuefu Zhuyu decoction) according to different medication methods. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment and electrocardiogram improvement of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05);after treatment, the J-Td, SV, frequency of angina attacks, duration of angina pectoris, levels of hs-CRP, MMP-9, LDH, CK-MB and AST in both groups improved, and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the SF-36 scores of both groups increased, and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Danqi soft capsule combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in treatment of angina pectoris has a remarkable effect, it can improve patients’ electrocardiogram, cardiac function, inflammatory response and the life quality of paitents.
