消痔灵注射液联合直肠黏膜排列结扎、肛门环缩术治疗直肠全层脱垂的效果

Effect of Xiaozhiling injection combined with rectal mucosal alignment ligation and anal circumflexion in the treatment of full-thickness rectal prolapse

目的分析消痔灵注射液联合直肠黏膜排列结扎、肛门环缩术治疗直肠全层脱垂的效果。方法将78例直肠全层脱垂患者随机分为对照组(38例,直肠黏膜排列结扎术联合肛门环缩术治疗)和研究组(40例,直肠黏膜排列结扎术+肛门环缩术+消痔灵注射治疗)。比较两组治疗前、后症状积分、住院时间、并发症及复发情况。结果治疗后,两组患者直肠脱垂、坠痛、便血积分均显著降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的住院时间显著短于对照组,并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访1年,研究组的复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用消痔灵注射液联合直肠黏膜排列结扎、肛门环缩术治疗直肠全层脱垂,可改善患者的临床症状,加快恢复速度,降低并发症发生率与复发率。

Objective To analyze the effect of Xiaozhiling injection combined with rectal mucosal alignment ligation and anal circumflexion in the treatment of full-thickness rectal prolapse. Methods Seventy-eight patients with full-thickness rectal prolapse were randomly divided into control group(38 cases, rectal mucosal alignment ligation combined with anal circumflexion) and study group(40 cases, rectal mucosal alignment ligation+anal circumflexion+Xiaozhiling injection). The symptoms scores before and after treatment, hospitalization time, complications and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of rectal prolapse, falling pain and hematochezia in both groups significantly decreased, and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the total incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaozhiling injection combined with rectal mucosal alignment ligation and anal circumflexion in the treatment of full-thickness rectal prolapse can improve the clinical symptoms, speed up recovery and reduce the incidences of complications and recurrence rate.
