1例儿童成骨不全骨折报道

One case report of osteogenesis incomplete fracture in children

目的对1例儿童成骨不全症的临床表现及其骨折的治疗方案进行分析,以提高临床医生对儿童成骨不全症的诊断和认识及对成骨不全性骨折治疗方案选择的认识。方法回顾广州市正骨医院骨伤五区2017年3月收治的1例儿童成骨不全性骨折的临床资料及治疗方案,进一步分析其临床表现、治疗方案和过程。结果患儿由于多次骨折,先后经历保守治疗石膏固定,切开复位钢板内固定治疗以及放置可延长髓内针固定治疗。结论儿童成骨不全性下肢骨折,需针对骨折部位选择正确的治疗方案。

Objective To analyse the clinical manifestation of one case of osteogenesis imperfecta in children and the treatment plan of fracture, so as to improve the diagnosis and understanding of children’s osteogenesis imperfecta by clinicians, and the choice of treatment plan for osteogenesis imperfecta fracture. Methods The clinical data and treatment plan of one child with osteogenetic imperfecta fracture admitted to Guangzhou orthopedic hospital in March 2017 were reviewed. The clinical manifestation, treatment plan and process were further analyzed. Results Because of multiple fractures, the children underwent conservative treatment of plaster fixation, open reduction plate internal fixation and placement of prolonged intramedullary nails for fixation. Conclusion Children with lower limb fractures of osteogenetic imperfecta need to choose the correct treatment plan for the fracture site.
