医护一体化在椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者围手术期中的应用效果

Application effect of doctor-nurse medical integration in perioperative period of patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing transforaminal endoscopy

目的探讨医护一体化模式在椎间孔镜治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选择2017年3月至2018年3月在我院行微创椎间孔镜治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者50例,按住院时间将其分为观察组与对照组,各25例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用医护一体化模式。比较两组患者的术前等待时间、住院时间、患者就医依从性、复发率及患者满意度。结果观察组患者的术前等待时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的就医依从性高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化模式可有效缩短患者的术前等待时间、住院时间,提高患者就医依从性与满意度,降低复发率。

Objective To explore the application effect of doctor-nurse medical integration mode in perioperative period of patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing transforaminal endoscopy. Methods Fifty patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by minimally invasive foraminoscopy in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to admission date, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, and the observation group adopted the doctor-nurse medical integration model. The preoperative waiting time, hospitalization time, medical compliance, recurrence rates and patients’ satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The preoperative waiting time and hospitalization time of patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The compliance of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The doctornurse medical integration model can effectively shorten the preoperative waiting time and hospitalization time, improve patients’ compliance and satisfaction and reduce the recurrence rate.
