生态认知、生计资本对流域居民生态补偿支付意愿的影响研究

Study on Influence of Ecological Cognition and Livelihood Capital on Willingness of River Basin Residents to Pay for Ecological Compensation

基于大汶河流域实地调研资料,运用Probit和SEM模型探讨流域居民生态认知和生计资本对其生态补偿支付意愿的影响。研究表明,生态认知和生计资本均显著正向影响流域居民生态补偿支付意愿;生态认知对生态补偿支付意愿总影响效应大于生计资本;生计资本通过直接影响生态认知,间接发挥生态补偿支付意愿激励效应,但生计资本对生态补偿支付意愿直接影响效应大于间接影响效应;反映生态认知和生计资本的11个外生可观测变量均显著影响流域居民生态补偿支付意愿。基于此,应加快流域生态补偿相关法律法规"立改废",充分发挥新闻媒体舆论导向作用,加快建立流域居民家庭基础数据库,切实加大流域生态环境治理力度,构建差异化补偿标准和多元化补偿方式,提升流域居民生态补偿支付意愿。

Based on questionnaires obtained from the field research of Dawen river basin, and with the application of both Probit model and SEM(Structural Equation Modeling), the impact of ecological cognition and livelihood capital of river basin residents on their willingness to pay for ecological compensation were explored. The results showed that: both ecological cognition and livelihood capital had significant positive effects on the willingness of river basin residents to pay for ecological compensation;the total effect of ecological cognition on the willingness to pay for ecological compensation was greater than that of livelihood capital, livelihood capital could exert its incentive effect of indirectly influencing the willingness to pay for ecological compensation by directly influencing ecological cognition;however, the direct effect of livelihood capital on the willingness to pay for ecological compensation was greater than its indirect effect;eleven exogenous observable variables reflecting ecological cognition and livelihood capital all had significant impacts on the willingness of river basin residents to pay for ecological compensation. Based on the conclusion of the study, the establishment and perfection of relative laws and regulations in river basins should be speeded up, the public opinion guiding role of the news media be given full play, the establishment of the family basic database of river basin residents be accelerated, the management of the ecological environment be effectively increased, differentiated compensation standards and diversified compensation methods be embellished, thus, the ecological compensation payment willingness of river basin residents being enhanced.
