教师积极情感的教育价值与自我激发

摘要 教师积极情感即教师在教育教学过程中以及与学生交流交往过程中所产生和流露出的积极主动、幸福愉悦的情感体验。教师的积极情感是做好教育工作的前提条件,其教育价值体现:教师的积极情感是激发学生主动学习的润滑剂;塑造学生健全人格的航向标;提升教师人格魅力的驱动器;提高教师教学能力的强心剂。教师积极情感的自我激发从四方面入手:阅读经典,唤醒情感意识;声情并茂,提升语言表达;得体着装,提升形象气质;心存敬畏,追求教育理想。 Teachers’ positive emotion is the positive, happy and joyful emotional experience produced by teachers in the process of education and teaching and in the process of communication with students. The positive emotions of teachers are prerequisites for doing well in education. It’s educational value is reflected as follows: the positive emotion of teachers is the lubricant to stimulate students’ active learning, the course marks to shape the healthy personality of the students, the driving force to enhance the personality charm of teachers, and the strong stimulant to improve teachers’ teaching ability. The self-stimulation of teachers’ positive emotion is based on four aspects: reading classics, arousing emotional awareness;being both excellent in voice and affection, enhancing vocal expression;dressing appropriately, enhancing image quality;being in awe,pursuing educational ideals.
