对外开放新格局背景下黑龙江省复合型外语人才培养策略

目前,黑龙江省正积极进行对外开放新格局构建,适应形势发展的复合型外语人才培养,也是促进我省开展对外开放合作的重要前提。本文阐述了语言服务及复合型外语人才培养为我省对外开放格局构建提供的重要保障和智力支撑,进而提出在我省积极开展对外开放新格局背景下黑龙江省复合型外语人才培养策略,以此加快发展跨境多领域交流合作。

At present, Heilongjiang Province is actively carrying out the construction of a new pattern of opening up to the outside world. And the cultivation of compound foreign language talents to adapt to the development of the situation is also an important prerequisite for promoting the opening up and cooperation of the province. This paper expounds the important guarantee and intellectual support provided by language services and compound foreign language talents training for the construction of the province's opening to the outside world, and then proposes strategies for training foreign language talents in Heilongjiang Province under the background of the new opening up of the province, which is conductive to accelerating the development of cross-border and multi-field exchanges and cooperation.
