摘要
以广西绿城水务股份有限公司凌铁水厂为对象,对水厂原有的二氧化氯消毒工艺进行改造,由投加二氧化氯改为投加NaClO溶液。在南方水体硬度较高的前提下,针对改造过程中管道结垢的问题,分析结垢成分及结垢成因,给出相应的解决办法。针对管道排气的问题,通过在存储桶设置排气阀和设计简易排气装置予以解决,改造后的水厂出水水质达标,投加系统运行稳定,为NaClO消毒工艺在自来水消毒中的应用,特别是在水体硬度较高的南方水厂的应用提供了参考。
Taking Lingtie WTP of Guangxi Nanning Waterworks Co.Ltd.as the object,the original chlorine dioxide disinfection process in the water works was transformed from adding chlorine dioxide to adding NaClO solution.Due to the higher hardness of water in South China,the problem of pipe scaling in the renovoction of disinfection process is focused on,and the scaling composition and causes are analyzed and studied in detail with the corresponding solutions provided.In view of the problem of pipe exhausting,it is solved by setting the exhaust valves at the storage bucket and designing a simple exhaust device.After renovation of the NaClO disinfection system,the effluent can meet the water quality standard stably and the operation is stable,which provides a reference for the application of NaClO disinfection technology in water disinfection,especially in waterworks in South China with higher water hardness.
