摘要 基于实际经验总结了蒸发结晶技术应用于高含盐废水处理存在的问题及其应对措施。对于以非晶种法运行的机械式蒸汽再压缩(MVR)的蒸发系统和强制循环的结晶系统,存在的问题主要有换热器结垢、蒸发器以及结晶器泡沫、蒸汽压缩机出口温度以及压力不匹配引起的振动、强制循环热交换器压力升高以及离心脱水机除盐效果欠佳等方面。文中分析了这些问题存在的原因并给出了相应的解决措施,进而保证蒸发结晶装置的稳定运行。 The problems and countermeasures in the application of evaporation and crystallization technology for treatment of high salinity wastewater are summarized based on practical experience.In view of the evaporation system of mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) and the crystallization system of forced circulation in un-seed mode,the main problems include the scaling of heat exchanger,the foaming of evaporator and crystallizer,the vibration of steam compressor due to the mismatch of outlet temperature and pressure,the pressure rise of forced circulation heat exchanger and the unsatisfactory desalination effect of centrifugal dehydrator.Reasons of the problems are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are proposed,so as to ensure the stable operation of evaporation and crystallization system.
