摘要
利用双指标序列分析方法对黄山市6种茶叶的红外光谱进行了研究。依据茶叶的红外光谱图,用共有峰率和变异峰率双指标法分别计算了6个样品的共有峰率和变异峰率,建立了一种黄山茶叶的双指标序列分析方法。实验结果显示,黄山云雾和黄山毛峰两种绿茶的相似性最高,其共有峰率为76.9%;祁门红茶和黄山云雾的相似性最低,其共有峰率为38.9%。
The method of dual-indexes sequential analysis was adopted to investigate the infrared spectra of six kinds of Huangshan tea-leaves. According to their infrared spectra, the common peak rate and variation peak rate of six samples were calculated separately by using the dual-index method, from which a dual-index sequence analysis method for Huangshan tea-leaves is established. The experimental results indicate that the composition similarity of the green tea between “Huangshan Yunwu” and “Huangshan Maofeng” is the highest with common peak ratio of 76.9%;the composition similarity between “Huangshan Maofeng” tea and Keemum black tea is the lowest with the common peak ratio of 38.9%.
