安徽省高校体育俱乐部实体化研究

Research on the Sports Club Realization of Colleges in Anhui Province

体育俱乐部的诞生极大地促进了高校体育与学生发展,它从学生对体育运动的喜好出发,组织爱好相同的学生通过丰富的教学内容、多样化的教学形式满足学生体育运动需求,提高其运动技能,继而实现高校体育教学目标。安徽省高校体育俱乐部实体化运作过程中成绩与问题并存,为进一步强化体育俱乐部实体化效果,抽取安徽省10所高校为例,分析高校体育俱乐部实体化问题,旨在助力安徽省高校体育俱乐部实体化发展。提出了安徽省高校体育俱乐部实体化应坚持课内外一体化教学、建立健全体育俱乐部实体化长期发展规划、加强体育俱乐部师资引进与培养、多措并举加大体育俱乐部实体化专项资金投入。

Sports club in colleges helps to realize the goals of physical education by grouping the students with the same interests and improve their sports skills through various activities. The sports club has made a great contribution to the development of both the students and physical education in the past years. This paper studies and analyzes relevant data of 10 colleges located in Anhui province, which reveals some problems to actualize the operation of the sports club. It is suggested that a long-term teaching plan should be implemented and some countermeasures should be taken to strengthen the construction of both the teaching team and financial support system.
