摘要
工匠精神是当代工业强调的主要精神内涵,重拾工匠精神,能够重塑技能型人才队伍,进而从根本上推进产业转型升级。工程训练是新时代高校培育高水平应用型、技能型人才的重要实践教学环节,是打造技能强国的现实需要。将工匠精神引入工程训练,激励学生形成卓越的职业素养、工程素质,是社会发展的需要,是应用型本科教育的保障,更是学生实现自我价值的思想基础。
The artisan-spirit is the main spiritual connotation emphasized by contemporary industry. To regain the artisan-spirit can reshape the skilled talents team and further promote the transformation and upgrading of industry fundamentally. Engineering training is an important practical teaching session of cultivating university students high-level applied and skilled in the new era, and as well as the practical needs to build a skilled strong country. Introducing artisan-spirit into engineering training to motivate students forming excellent professional literacy and engineering quality are the needs of social development, the guarantee for application-oriented undergraduate university education, and the ideological basis for students to realize their self-worth.
