摘要
为推动PPP模式在旧工业建筑改造项目领域的发展,需运用物有所值评价方法分析PPP模式在该类项目中的适用性。在实地调研及文献整理的基础上,归纳旧工业建筑改造PPP项目的具体运作模式,建立相应的物有所值定性评价指标,并采用熵权法赋予指标权重,形成物有所值定性评价体系。结合某U型厂房改造项目,验证PPP模式应用的合理性,为今后相关项目进行物有所值定性评价提供理论参考。
In order to promote the development of PPP model in the eld of old industrial building reconstruction projects, it is necessary to analyze the applicability of PPP model in such projects by means of value for money evaluation method. On the basis of eld research and documentation,this paper sums up the concrete operation mode of PPP project of old industrial building reconstruction,establishes the corresponding qualitative evaluation index of value for money,and uses entropy method to give the index weight and forms the qualitative evaluation system of value for money. Combining with a U type plant reconstruction project, veri es the rationality of PPP model application,in order to provide theoretical reference for the qualitative evaluation of value for money in future related projects.
