Research on the Thought and Method of Commercial Bank Business Innovation under PPP Model

在PPP模式下,商业银行在业务经营、风险管理方面面临机遇与挑战。分析PPP模式下商业银行业务的变化和特点,提出业务区分法、项目实施阶段法、项目类别导向法、风险分担法、系统分析法等商业银行业务创新的思路与方法,并分析其适用性,为PPP模式下商业银行厘清业务创新思路提供参考。

Under the PPP model,commercial banks are facing opportunities and challenges in business operation and risk management. After analyzing the changes and characteristics of commercial banks’ business under PPP model,this paper puts forward the ideas and methods of business innovation of commercial banks,named business differentiation method,project implementation stage method,project category-oriented method,risk sharing method and system analysis method,and analyzes their applicability, which can provide reference for commercial banks to clarify business innovation ideas under PPP model.
