催化视角下困境儿童的社会工作介入——以G社区“四点半课堂”为例 被引量:3

摘要 在社会工作实务过程中,社工经常对儿童的变化起到催化的作用,在专业服务的过程中能够推动儿童发生正向改变。本文以G社区“四点半课堂”为例,从催化剂促进化学反应的视角出发,对社会工作者在儿童社会工作中促进儿童融入集体环境、促进儿童之间和平相处、儿童的家庭环境问题等三方面进行简单分析,得出社会工作者在这些实务过程中在遵守社会工作伦理的前提下,能够对儿童的集体融入问题、同辈群体人际交往问题、儿童学习能力的提升起到催化作用的结论。 In the process of social work practice,social workers often play a catalytic role in the change of children,and can promote positive change of children in the process of professional services. Taking the "4:30 Classroom" in G Community as an example,this paper,from the perspective of catalyst promoting chemical reaction,makes a simple analysis on three aspects of social workers'promoting children’s integration into collective environment,promoting children’s peaceful coexistence and children's family environment in children’s social work. It is concluded that social workers should abide by social work ethics in these practical processes. It can play a catalytic role in promoting children’s collective integration,peer group interpersonal communication and learning ability.
