Based on the analysis of EMC faults in electric logistics vehicles,the solutions for the whole vehicle level and its components level are presented. The design and development work is standardized from the aspects of grounding,shielding,filtering,control strategy and vehicle wiring,so as to solve the problems of high voltage power failure,motor blockage and abnormal sound,and make the EMC of the whole vehicle compatible well.
