纯电动汽车液冷永磁同步电机热仿真

Thermal Simulation of Liquid-cooled Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor for Pure Electric Vehicles

摘要 纯电动汽车所使用的永磁同步电机因其功率密度高、工作环境封闭,对其发热和散热问题的研究一直是电机设计时所考虑的重要问题。本文以一台液冷永磁同步电机为对象,三维建模并进行有限元离散,采用CFD软件分析计算得到电机的温度场分布,并搭建相关实验平台,对仿真结果进行验证。 The research on heat generation and heat dissipation of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)used in pure electric vehicle(EV)is always an important topic in motor design because of its high power density and relatively closed working environment. In this paper,a liquid-cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor is taken as an object. Three-dimensional modeling and finite element discretization are carried out. The temperature field distribution of the motor is obtained by CFD software analysis and calculation. The relevant experimental platform is built to verify the simulation results.
