基于超效率DEA的高校图书馆电子资源绩效评价

The Performance Evaluation of Electronic Resources of University Libraries Based on Super Efficiency DEA

以四川轻化工大学图书馆电子资源为评价对象,从投入—产出角度构建绩效评价指标体系,利用DEA和超效率DEA模型分析了电子资源的投入产出绩效。结果表明,电子资源的总体效率水平不高,规模效率是导致电子资源配置无效的主要原因。

This paper takes the electronic resources of Sichuan University of Science & Engineering Library as the evaluation object, constructs the performance evaluation index system from the input-output perspective, and analyzes the input and output performance of electronic resources by using DEA and super-efficiency DEA model.The results show that the overall efficiency level of electronic resources is not high, and the scale efficiency is the main reason that causes the ineffectiveness of electronic resource allocation.
