摘要
在三维不动产登记系统的建设中,对于模型构建的粒度一般有2种不同的思路:一种是以户为最小单位的房屋三维模型构建方法;另一种是以自然幢为最小单位的三维模型构建方法。针对这2种不同的模型粒度构建方法,从原理、流程、系统应用和优缺点等方面进行详细的探讨。
In the construction of a 3D real estate registration system, there are two different thinking about the model construction granularity. The one is taking the house as the smallest unit, and the other is taking the nature as the smallest unit. In this paper, we discussed the principle, process, system application and advantages and disadvantage of two models.
