加快构建科学合理化的后备人才培养体系,是实现办好2022年北京冬奥会的首要任务之一。对国内外自由式滑雪空中技巧项目发展现状进行分析,总结出构建空中技巧项目后备运动员培养体系的现实背景与实际意义,找准存在的问题并提出借鉴我国夏季优势项目发展经验,编制空中技巧项目训练教学大纲,建立我国空中技巧项目后备运动员信息数据库等改进措施,为自由式滑雪空中技巧项目的长远发展提供理论支持。

Accelerating the construction of a scientific and rational reserve talent training system is one of the top tasks for achieving the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. This paper analyzes the developmenl status of freestyle skiing aerial skill sport at domestic and foreign , summarizes the realistic background and practical significance of constructing the reserve training system for aerial skill spoil, finds out the existing problems and proposes that to learn from the experience of developing summer superiority sporl in China, and prepares aerial skills sport training syllabus,establishing improvement measures for the reserve information database of China's aerial skills sport, providing theoretical support for the long - term development of the freestyle skiing aerials sport.
