短道速滑后备人才培养现状与对策分析

短道速滑是我国参加冬奥会的优势项目,由于近年来优秀后备人才的严重短缺,阻碍了其项目的可持续发展,已成为制约我国在冬奥会上夺得优异成绩的瓶颈性要素。通过对我国短道速滑后备人才培养现状进行分析,找出父母态度、资金投入、运动员退役保障等影响我国短道速滑项目发展的因素,并根据我国国情提出提高轮滑水平、改善场地条件、推行体教结合培养模式、转变家长态度等短道速滑后备人才培养的发展对策.从而促进短道速滑项目的可持续发展。

Short track speed skating is China's advantage in participating in the Winter Olympics. Due to the serious shortage of excellent reserve talents in recent years, it has hindered the sustainable development of its projects and has become a bottleneck factor restricting China's outstanding achievements in the Winter Olympics.. Through the analysis of the status quo of China's short track speed skating reserve talents, this paper finds out lhe factors affecting the development of China's short track speed skating project, such as parental attitude, capital investment, athletes' decommissioning guarantee, etc., and proposes to improve the skating level and improve the site conditions according to China's national conditions. Promote the development of shorl-lrack speed-skating projects by promoting lhe development of sports-leaching combined training mode and changing parental attitudes.
