高校冰上教学资源社会开放的意义及管理模式

我国北方地区有着丰富的冰雪资源,给北方地区一些高校开设冰雪运动相关课程提供了良好契机。经多年发展,北方高校冰上教学资源逐渐完善、丰富,在促进我国冰雪运动健康发展上发挥了积极的推动作用。众所周知,冰雪运动不仅具有健身功能,而且娱乐、休闲特点显著,引起了公众的广泛关注。为给公众提供学习、参与冰雪运动的机会,高校应注重冰上教学资源向社会开放的研究,探索一种合理的管理模式,在满足日常教学要求的基础上,向社会开放,不断提高冰上教学资源利用率,为我国体育事业的发展做出应有的贡献。

The northern part of China has abundant ice and snow resources, which provides a good opportunity for some universities in the northern region to offer courses related to ice and snow sports. After years of development, the teaching resources on lhe ice in lhe north colleges and universities have gradually improved and enriched, and played an active role in promoting the healthy development of China's ice and snow sports. As we all know, the snow and ice sports not only have the fitness function , but also the characteristics of entertainment and leisure are remarkable, which has aroused widespread public concern. In order to provide the public with the opportunity lo learn and participate in lhe snow and ice sports,colleges and universities should pay attention to the open research of the teaching resources on ice,explore a reasonable management model ,open to the society on the basis of meeting the daily teaching requirements, and continuously improve the utilization rate of teaching resources on ice,to made due contributions to the development of sports in China.
