微波联合干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究微波与干扰素联合治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法方便选取该院在2015年9月-2018年3月期间所收治的94例尖锐湿疣患者作为该次研究病例,对患者进行分组治疗,分组方式为治疗方法的不同,对照组与实验组患者各47例,对照组患者应用微波治疗仪治疗,实验组则在对照组基础上加用干扰素治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果与复发情况进行比较。结果实验组痊愈21例,13例显效,9例有效,治疗总有效率为91.49%,与对照组(72.34%)比较(15例痊愈,9例显效,10例有效);实验组复发例数为5例(10.64%),对照组复发13例(27.66%),实验组的复发率显著低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.816 7,4.397 7,P<0.05)。另外在不良反应发生情况方面,实验组1例局部疼痛,1例溃疡,1例少量出血,总发生率为6.38%,对照组中4例局部疼痛,4例溃疡,4例少量出血,总发生率为27.66%,可以明显看出观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论微波治疗与干扰素联合治疗尖锐湿疣的效果显著,能够有效提高患者的临床治疗效果,且在降低复发率方面具有显著优势,值得临床进一步推广应用。 Objective To study the clinical effect of microwave combined with interferon in the treatment of condyloma acuminata. Methods A total of 94 patients with condyloma acuminata admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to March 2018 were convenient selected. According to treatment method, they were divided into control group and experimental group(47 patients in each group). In the control group, patients were treated with microwave, while the patients in experimental group were treated with both microwave and interferon. The clinical therapeutic effect and reurence of two groups were compared. Result The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 91.49%(21 cases were cured, 13 cases were effective and 9 cases were effective). The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was72.34%(15 cases were cured, 9 cases were effective and 10 cases were effective). There were differences between the two groups. The recurrence rate of the experimental group was 5 cases(10.64%), which was lower than that of the control group(13 cases, accounting for 27.66%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=5.816 7,4.397 7,P<0.05). In addition, the total rate of the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.38%(1 case of local pain, 1 case of ulcer, 1 case of small amount of bleeding). The total rate of the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 27.66%(4 cases of local pain, 4 cases of ulcers, 4 cases of small amount of bleeding). And it was obvious that the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The combination of microwave therapy and interferon in the treatment of condyloma acuminata is effective, which can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients, and has significant advantages in reducing the recurrence rate. It is worthy of further clinical application.
