玻璃酸钠注射液辅治膝关节骨性关节炎80例的疗效分析

Effect of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection on 80 Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨玻璃酸钠注射液辅治膝关节骨性关节炎80例的临床疗效。方法便利选择2016年1月-2018年1月期间该院收治的80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例,对照组采用口服西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加玻璃酸钠注射液腔内注射辅助治疗,采用膝关节骨性关节炎严重性指数(ISOA)评估两组患者治疗效果,并监测两组不良反应情况。结果治疗后ISOA指数评估显示:观察组总评分(3.02±0.31)分显著少于对照组(5.63±0.27)分,差异有统计学意义(t=13.417,P=0.018);观察组不良反应发生率(17.50%,7/40)略高于对照组(15.00%,6/40),但差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.037,P=0.713)。结论玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射辅助治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著,临床疗效较为理想,可有效改善患者各方面症状,且不良反应风险较低,临床应用安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of 80 cases of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral western medicine. The observation group was treated with intracavitary injection of sodium hyaluronate and oral western medicine. The treatment effect of the two groups was evaluated by the severity index of knee osteoarthritis(ISOA). Adverse reactions were observed in both groups. Results After treatment, the ISOA index evaluation showed that the total score of the observation group(3.02±0.31)points was significantly lower than that of the control group(5.63±0.27)points, the difference was statistically significant(t=13.417,P=0.018). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was(17.50%, 7/40), which was slightly higher than that in the control group(15.00%, 6/40), but there was no significant difference(χ^2=1.037,P=0.713). Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection is an effective adjuvant therapy for knee osteoarthritis. The clinical effect is ideal. It can effectively improve all aspects of symptoms of patients, and the risk of adverse reactions is low. It is safe and reliable in clinical application.
