集束化干预护理运用在新生儿肺炎护理中的应用效果及满意度影响分析

Analysis of Effect and Satisfaction of Cluster Intervention Nursing in Neonatal Pneumonia Nursing

目的集束化干预护理运用在新生儿肺炎护理中的应用效果及满意度影响观察。方法方便选取该院于2016年6月-2018年6月间收治的80例新生儿肺炎患儿,采用电脑随机法将其划分为观察组与常规组各40例,观察组在常规护理基础上结合集束化护理,常规组采用疾病一般护理服务,评价两组患儿家长满意度与患儿症状恢复用时、治疗依从性、护理总有效率。结果观察组患儿家长满意度39例(97.50%),高于常规组32例(80.00%)(χ^2=15.336,P<0.05)。观察组患儿呼吸困难缓解用时(1.01±0.35)d、咳嗽好转用时(2.10±0.20)d、痰鸣音消失用时(2.08±0.81)d、住院用时(5.67±1.40)d;均短于常规组(2.13±0.67)d、(3.61±0.58)d、(3.66±0.90)d、(8.22±1.04)d(P<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗依从性38例(95.00%),高于常规组30例(75.00%)(χ^2=15.686,P<0.05);观察组患者护理总有效率37例(92.50%),高于常规组31例(77.50%)(χ^2=8.824,P<0.05)。结论采用集束化护理干预可有效改善新生儿肺炎患儿症状,缩短住院时间,提高家长满意度、治疗依从性,改善预后。

Objective To observe the effect and satisfaction of cluster intervention nursing in neonatal pneumonia nursing.Methods A total of 80 pneumonia newborns treated from June 2016 to June 2018 in our hospital were convenient selected.Children were randomly divided into observation group(n=40) and conventional group(n=40). The conventional group received general nursing care;the observation group received bundle of care and general nursing care. The family member’s satisfaction, symptom recovery time, treatment compliance and total effective rate were evaluated. Results The family member’s satisfaction of the observation group was 39 cases, accounting for 97.50%, which was higher than that of the conventional group(32 cases, accounting for 80.00%)(χ^2=15.336,P <0.05). In the observation group, the relief time of dyspnea(1.01±0.35) d, of cough(2.10±0.20)d, and of wheezy sound(2.08±0.81)d, and the time of hospitalization(5.67±1.40)d were shorter than those of the conventional group(2.13±0.67)d,(3.61±0.58)d,(3.66±0.90)d,(8.22±1.04)d(P<0.05). There were 38 cases with treatment compliance in the observation group, accounting for(95.00%), which was higher than that in the conventional group(30 cases, accounting for 75.00%)(χ^2=15.686,P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was92.50%(n=37), which was higher than that of the conventional group(77.50%, n=31)(χ^2=8.824,P<0.05). Conclusion The bundle of care can shorten the hospitalization time, improve the clinical symptoms, family member’s satisfaction, treatment compliance and clinical prognosis.
