益气养阴法治疗肺癌研究现状

Research Status of Yiqi Yangyin Method in Treating Lung Cancer

作为我国最为常见的恶性肿瘤,根据临床不完全统计,肺癌发生率呈现为逐年上升的趋势,同时数据证实,每年新发肺癌患者高达160.9万,死亡患者高达137.9万,占据恶性肿瘤比例的12.69%和18.21%,对其他国家研究证实,美国肺癌发病率列入第2位,但是死亡率占据第1位。在卫生部于2012年的登记数据报告中证实,我国在2009年肺癌发病率为53.56万,死亡率在45.571万,也就是每年新发肺癌患者>70万,死亡>60万,也就是按照这一生长值估算,在2025年,我国肺癌患者将高达100万,衍变为世界第一患病大国。严重影响患者的日常生活质量。肺癌发病过程中临床最为主要的病理机制为气阴两虚,因此益气养阴法为临床治疗肺癌的常用方法,大量数据研究证实,益气养阴法能够对机体的抗癌能力提升,从而减少化疗和放疗的毒副作用,提升患者的生存质量,延长生存周期。现将益气养阴法治疗肺癌的研究进行进展综述。

According to incomplete clinical statistics, as the most common malignant tumors in China, the incidence of lung cancer is increasing year by year. At the same time, the data is confirmed that the incidence of new lung cancer is up to1.69 million, the death rate is up to 1.379 million, accounting for 12.69% and 18.21% of malignant tumors. Studies in other countries confirm that the incidence of lung cancer in the United States ranks the second, but the mortality rate ranks the top. According to the data in the report of the Ministry of Health in 2012, it was confirmed that the incidence of lung cancer in China was 535.6 million in 2009, and the mortality rate was 455.71 million. That is to say, the number of new lung cancer patients per year was more than 700 000 and the number of deaths was more than 600 000. According to this growth value, it is estimated that, in 2025, the number of lung cancer patients in China will reach 1 million, which will become the world’s largest disease country. It seriously affects the quality of daily life of patients. The most important pathological mechanism of lung cancer is the deficiency of both qi and yin. Therefore, the method of invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin is a common method for clinical treatment of lung cancer. A large number of data studies have confirmed that the method of invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin can enhance the anti-cancer ability of the body, thereby reducing the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, improving the quality of life of patients and prolonging the life cycle. This article reviews the research progress of the method of invigorating Qi and nourishing Yin in the treatment of lung cancer.
