摘要
全氟烷基化合物(perfluoroalkyl substances,PFASs)被广泛用于工业、商业和生活用品材料,在为人类创造效益的同时也对人体健康造成潜在危害。笔者从动物实验及人群流行病学研究方面综述了PFASs对于糖代谢可能潜在影响的研究进展,为2型糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病的预防、诊断和治疗提供依据,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
Perfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) are widely used in industrial, commercial and daily necessities, which create benefits for human beings, but also have potential hazards to human health. In the present paper, the research progress on the potential adverse effects of PFASs on glucose metabolism based on animal experiments and epidemiological studies were reviewed, and it may provide the basis for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes and gestational diabetes and future related researches.
