摘要
根据江西某制药厂及其配套生活废水的综合废水水质特点,该公司采用内循环厌氧反应器(IC)+A/O+芬顿混凝沉淀复合工艺处理制药综合废水。实际运行效果表明,在系统稳定运行的条件下,当综合废水进水COD和NH4+-N、TN、TP的质量浓度分别为4 800~5 000 mg/L、25~28、34~35、7.8~8.0 mg/L时,在盐的质量浓度为4 g/L的影响下,处理出水分别为50~60 mg/L和4.6~6.8、6.2~9.7、0.6~1.0 mg/L,水质均可达到GB 21904-2008和GB8978-1996标准。
According to the water quality characteristics of comprehensive wastewater from a pharmaceutical factory in Jiangxi province and its supporting domestic wastewater,the IC+A/O+Fenton coagulation and sedimentation process was used to treat pharmaceutical comprehensive wastewater.The actual operation results showed that under the condition of stable operation of the system,when the influent COD,NH4+-N,TN and TP of synthetic wastewater were 4 800~5 000,25~28,34~35 and 7.8~8.0 mg/L respectively,the that of effluent water was 50~60,4.6~6.8,6.2~9.7 and 0.6~1.0 mg/L,respectively under the salt content of 4 000 mg/L.The water quality could reach the standards of GB 21904-2008 and GB 8978-1996.
