西部4省(区)民族地区留守儿童健康素养与意外伤害的关系 被引量:21

Association of health literacy and unintentional injurious among left-behind children in ethnic mimority areas in 4 western provinces

摘要 目的了解西部民族地区留守儿童健康素养与意外伤害的关系,为针对性开展民族地区留守儿童健康教育提供参考。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取广西、云南、四川、贵州等西部4个省(区)的4个少数民族自治县留守儿童2822名进行调查。结果西部4省(区)民族地区留守儿童健康素养水平为7.90%,基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能水平分别为9.82%、7.94%和8.10%。不同年级、监护类型、父亲文化程度、母亲文化程度的留守儿童健康素养水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。西部4省(区)民族地区留守儿童意外伤害发生率为48.90%,不同性别、年级、监护类型、父亲文化程度、母亲文化程度的留守儿童意外伤害发生率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不具备健康素养留守儿童意外伤害发生率高于具备健康素养留守儿童,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,不具备健康素养是西部民族地区留守儿童发生意外伤害的危险因素(OR=1.120,95%CI:1.054~1.185)。结论西部民族地区留守儿童健康素养水平较低,而其意外伤害发生率较高。提高民族地区留守儿童健康素养水平有助于降低其意外伤害的发生风险。 Objective To understand the associations between health literacy and unintentional injuries among leftbehind children in ethnic mimority areas in 4 western provinces, and to provide reference for health education. Methods By using multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method, 2822 left-behind children were enrolled from Guangxi, Yunnan, Sichuan and Guizhou Province. Results The overall level of health literacy among left-behind children in 4 provinces was 7. 90%. The literacy of basic knowledge and ideas, health living style and behavior, basic health skill were 9. 82%, 7. 94%, 8. 10%, respectively. Different grades, taking care style, and educational levels of parents were statistical different in health literacy ( P < 0. 01 ). The prevalence of unintentional injuries among left-behind children in 4 provinces was 48. 90%. Among different age, grades, taking-care style, educational level of parents, the prevalence of unintentional injuries had statistical significant differences ( P < 0. 01 ). Logistic regression analysis showed that low level of health literacy increased the risk of unintentional injuries ( OR = 1. 120, 95% CI: 1.054 - 1. 185 ). Conclusion Health literacy level among left-behind children in ethnic mimority areas in 4 provinces in western was low, and the prevalence of unintentional injuries among them was high. Health literacy improvement may help reduce the incidence of unintentional injuries among left-behind children.
