摘要
为了提高抛光砖产品的档次,丰富其装饰效果,本文成功研制出透光率高达4%的高透光率玉质抛光砖产品。通过与同类抛光砖产品进行对比,其透光性明显优于同类产品。借助显微结构分析,揭示了玉质抛光砖的高透光率是在于其具有高烧结致密性(低气孔率),同时存在大量的玻璃相和石英相,且仅含有少量的莫来石相。
In order to improve the grade of polished brick products and enrich the decorative effect, this paper successfully developed a high transmittance jade polished brick product with a light transmittance of up to 4%. Compared with similar polished brick products, its light transmittance is significantly better than similar products. By means of microstructure analysis, it is revealed that the high light transmittance of jade polished tiles is due to its high sintering density(low porosity), while there are a large number of glass phases and quartz phases, and only a small amount of mullite phase.
