摘要
介绍了一种小型化高集成有源天线接口网络的组成原理、设计方法以及实测结果。针对小型化高集成设计的难点进行评估,设计多层印制电路并利用微组装技术实现高集成设计方案。在此基础上,设计并实现一种六通道集成布局,每个通道均包含收发放大电路、波控电路,实现各通道独立收发切换及放大。多层印制电路采用10层堆叠结构设计,一体化集成内监测及和差网络。根据组件实测结果,幅度带内平坦度优于±0.3 dB,发射饱和输出功率≥32 dBm,质量为320 g。
The composition principle, design method and measure result of a miniaturized and high integrated active antenna interface network is introduced. The difficulties of miniaturization and high integration are evaluated. High integration scheme is proposed based on multilayer printed circuit and micro-assemble technology. On this basis, integrated layout with six tunnels are realized, each tunnel contain transmit-receive amplification circuit and beam control circuit, used to realize independent control of transmit-receive and amplification. 10 layers stack structure is adopted by multilayer printed circuit, integrating inner monitor network and sum-difference network. According to measured results of the module, amplitude fluctuation is better than ± 0. 3 dB, transmitting saturate output power grate than 32 dBm, and weights 320 g.
