文脉传承视角下的历史街区活力复兴——以南通栟茶镇中市街改造为例

The Revitalization of Historic Blocks from the Perspective of Cultural Heritage——A Case Study of the Transformation for Zhongshi Street in Bencha Town

当前不少小城镇历史街区出现特色丧失或功能衰退的现象,在城镇发展中逐渐失去往日的活力。文章基于文脉传承和活力复兴的理念,通过对栟茶镇中市街的现存状况进行实地调研,深入探讨了历史街区传统向现代过渡的表达方式,结合了本土历史文化,从线、面、点三个方面分别对街巷格局提出了要保留传统的布局形式及恢复原有的尺度感;对沿街界面提出了要展现本土建筑文化;对空间节点提出了要再现街区外部活力。这三点的改造策略结合了中市街具体的设计方法,探索出了一条历史街区活力复兴的道路,希望对传统城镇建设有所帮助。

At present, many historical blocks of small towns have experienced loss of features or functional decline, and gradually lose their vitality in urban development. Based on the concept of cultural heritage and vigorous revitalization, the article conducts field research on the existing situation of Zhongshi Street in Bencha Town, and deeply explores the means of expression from traditional to modern in historical blocks. With local history and culture, the article explains lines, faces and points. From the aspects of line, surface and point, it is proposed separately to retain the traditional layout form and restore the original sense of scale;to present the local architectural culture of the street interface;to reproduce the spatial node of the external vitality of the street. The three aspects combine with specific design method for the Zhongshi Street. The article explores a road to the vigorous revitalization of the historical block. It hopes to help the traditional town construction.
