文章通过对城市现状的分析,论述海绵城市政策的必要性,并整理部分国外海绵城市发展举措。并从建筑项目设计角度出发,论述海绵城市在建筑设计中可以采取的做法,并对实施性和局限性进行分析和展望。

Based on the current rain situation of the city, this paper discusses the necessity of sponge city policy, and collates foreign sponge city development measures. And this paper discusses the methods that sponge city can adopt in architectural design, then analyses and prospects the implementation and limitations.
