Research on the Strategy of Industrial Heritage Renewal Based on Catalyst Theory——Taking the Historic Block of Hanyang Iron and Steel Works as an Example

21世纪以来,工业遗产的保护与开发工作开始得到重视。文章基于触媒理论,以武汉工业遗产汉钢历史街区为例,提出了创意产业园、历史文化展区、工业遗址公园三位一体的详细改造方案,为工业遗产保护开发工作提供范本。

Since the 21st century, the protection and development of industrial heritage has been paid more attention. Based on the theory of catalyst, this paper takes the historical block of Wuhan Industrial Heritage Hangang as an example, and puts forward a detailed transformation plan of the trinity of creative industrial park, historical and cultural exhibition area and industrial heritage park, which provides a model for the protection and development of industrial heritage.
