摘要
针对风险评估过程中传统故障模式影响分析(FMEA)的不足,提出了一种改进的风险优先数(RPN)的分析方法。利用层次分析法(AHP)得出主要被动安全部件的重要度排序,利用改进的RPN分析法将传统风险优先数分析法中的定性因素和基于费用损失的风险优先数分析法中的定量因素相结合,使得出的风险排序结果更加准确,同时该方法也可用于风险评估的其他领域。
In view of the shortcoming of traditional failure modes and effects analysis during risk assessment, an improved risk priority number analysis method was proposed. Analytic hierarchy process was used to rank the importance of the main passive safety components. The improved RPN method is used to combine the qualitative factors in the traditional risk priority analysis method with the quantitative factors in the risk priority analysis method based on cost loss, which makes the risk ranking results more accurate. This method can also be used in other areas of risk assessment.
