摘要
我国汽车产量由高速增长进入平稳增长阶段,汽车制造行业进入结构升级和可持续发展的阶段,汽车质量变得尤为重要,六西格玛管理理论对质量改进具有重要意义。针对某车型汽车雾灯异响问题,结合六西格玛管理理论,通过使用DMAIC方法,采用鱼骨图、假设检验等工具分析关键因子,采取相应改进方式降低异响问题PPM,改进供应商产品生产制造过程,提高供应商质量管理水平,从而提高汽车质量水平,为六西格玛在质量管理过程中的应用提供参考。
China's automobile production has entered a stage of steady growth from high-speed growth. The automobile manufacturing industry has entered the stage of structural upgrading and sustainable development. The quality of automobiles become particularly important. The Six Sigma management theory is significant for quality improvement. Focused on the front fog lamp noise of a type of vehicle, combined with Six Sigma management theory, the DMAIC method and fishbone diagram and hypothesis testing were used to analyze key factors, and related improvement methods were adopted to reduce noise PPM and improve supplier manufacturing process, enhance the quality management level of suppliers to improve the quality of automobiles,which can provide reference for the application of Six Sigma in quality management process.
