摘要
介绍一种结合台架试验和有限元仿真分析车桥疲劳寿命的方法。针对某型号车桥,先采用伺服疲劳系统对车桥壳进行疲劳耐久试验,再采用有限元分析软件按照疲劳试验的参数对该车桥进行仿真分析。通过对比分析两种方法的结果,建立有限元分析与台架试验之间的关联,能够为车桥的开发提供准确可靠的参考依据。
A method for analyzing the fatigue life of axles in combination with bench test and finite element simulation was introduced. For a certain type of axle, the fatigue test of the axle housing was firstly carried out by the servo fatigue system, and then the finite element analysis software was used to simulate the axle according to the parameters of the fatigue test. By comparing and analyzing the results of the two methods , the relationship between the finite element analysis and the bench test is established, which can provide an accurate and reliable reference for the development of the axle.
