摘要 现代生活不可避免的需要在清晨用闹钟来唤醒忙碌的工作者,而睡眠质量是关于人的身体健康的重要问题。传统的唤醒仪器,如普通闹钟,在闹铃工作的时候难以恰巧遇到被唤醒者的浅睡眠周期,而人在深度睡眠中,如果受到外界突然且强烈的声音、光线等刺激,被唤醒的同时往往会对人体造成一定的危害,产生不良的影响。针对传统闹钟的以上缺点,本文设计了四重感觉人体自然唤醒仪器人体唤醒仪器,该仪器能以一种温和方式来唤醒人体,满足了人们日常需求。 Nowadays,diligent workers have to get up early in the morning and always wake up suddenly by the alarm clock. The process from being asleep to being awake is important to our physical condition, but always be ignored. Traditional alarm clocks will wake people up from deep sleep by intense sound,it often does harm to the human bodies. In order to help people wake up comfortably to avoid physical injury and maintain a better working state, this paper designs a four-way waking-up instrument. Compared to the rigid mode of traditional alarm clocks, this four-way wakingup instrument can help people shift from deep sleep to light sleep in a gentle and natural way and wake up without common negative senses.
