高效液相色谱法分析两种不同溴取代芴

Determination of Different Bromine-Substituted Fluorene by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

建立了一种操作简单、适用于两种不同溴取代芴(2-溴芴和2,7-二溴芴)的高效液相色谱分析方法.采用反相C18柱,乙腈-水(体积比80∶20)为流动相,流速为1.3mL/min,以270nm为检测波长,外标定量测定2-溴芴和2,7-二溴芴的含量.在此条件下,2-溴芴和2,7-二溴芴在0.01~0.12mg/mL范围内呈线性关系,相关系数均为0.9999,平均回收率分别为106.7%和100.1%,相对标准偏差分别为0.72%和0.87%.方法操作简单,结果准确,适用于以上两种主要溴取代芴的分析检测.

A high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method was set up for the monitoring of two different bromine-substituted fluorenes(2-bromofluorene and 2,7-dibromofluorene). The method consisted of a C18 column, and an acetonitrile-water(80∶20, V∶V )mixture was used as the mobile phase, the detection was at 270 nm with a flow rate of 1.3 mL/min. The linear range was 0.01~0.12 mg/mL, the correlation coefficients were 0.999 9, and the average recoveries were 106.7% and 100.1% respectively, with the relative standard deviations of 0.72% and 0.87%. The method is simple in operation and accurate in results, and is suitable for the analysis and detection of more than two different bromine-substituted fluorenes.
