摘要
本文提出了在现有家用变频空调制冷系统的基础上,在夏天高温环境下,利用冷媒带走整机运行时室外机电控产生的热量,从而降低室外机电控模块的温度,提高电控运行的可靠性,且可以在同等制冷环境温度下,运行更高的频率,从而提高夏天高温环境下的制冷效果,提升用户满意度。在实际应用中分析对比了冷媒散热方案对变频空调的高温制冷效果以及室外机电控模块温度的影响,为变频空调产品提供新的研究思路和方向。
Based on the existing refrigeration system of household inverter air conditioning, this paper proposes to use refrigerant totake away the heat generated by outdoor electrical control when the whole machine is running in high temperature environment in summer, so as to reduce the temperature of outdoor electrical control module and improve the reliability of electronic control operation, and to run higher frequency at the same temperature of refrigeration environment, so as to improve the refrigeration in high temperature environment in summer. Effectiveness, improve user satisfaction. In practical application, the effect of refrigerant cooling scheme on high temperature refrigeration effect of inverter air conditioning and the temperature of outdoor electrical control module are analyzed and compared, which provides new research ideas and directions for inverter air conditioning products.
