摘要
本文旨在针对除湿机水满保护机构的可靠性设计,应用6σ(Sixsigma)技术分析,从DMADV五个阶段(Define、Measure、Analyze、Design和Verify)进行分析,再设计、再验证来解决空箱报警的问题,并确保我司除湿机产品水满保护机构模块化设计的可靠性。
This paper aims at the dehumidifier water full protection mechanism reliability Design, application 6sigma technology analysis, from the DMADV five stages(Define, Measure, Analyze, Design and Verify) analysis, re-design, re-verify to solve the problem of empty tank alarm, and ensure our dehumidifier products water full protection mechanism modular design reliability.
