Research and application of waterless washing technology between inner and outer barrels

本文通过对现有洗衣机健康洗护问题及现有技术缺陷的研究,找出用户需求及行业发展方向,提出实现健康洗护的内外桶间无水洗涤技术,主要介绍了内外桶间无水洗涤技术原理及其实现过程中关键密封技术的创新,解决了现有洗衣机无法实现的健康洗护难题,有效避免衣物洗涤过程中的二次污染,满足用户健康洗护需求。

This paper briefly describes the existing washing and maintenance problems of the washing machine and the defects of the existing technology, finds out the user's needs and the development direction of the industry, and proposes the technology of waterless washing between the inner and outer barrels to achieve healthy care, mainly introduces the waterless washing technology between the inner and outer barrels. The principle and the innovation of the key sealing technology in the realization process solve the problem of health care that can not be achieved by the existing washing machine, effectively avoid the secondary pollution in the washing process of the clothes, and meet the needs of the user's health care.
