摘要
将BIM技术应用于大型装配式厂房建设中,完成了结构建模、碰撞检查、工程量计算、施工方案优化、施工进度模拟以及项目信息管理等工作。实践表明,利用BIM技术有利于提前发现设计图纸、施工方案、进度计划中存在的问题,便于提前制定解决方案,实现控制项目成本、缩短工期和提高建筑质量的目标。
The BIM technology was applied to the construction of large-scale assembly plant.Structural modeling,collision detection,engineering quantity calculation,construction plan optimization,construction progress simulation and project information management were completed.Practice shows that the use of BIM technology is conducive to early detection of problems in design drawings,construction plans,schedules,easy to develop solutions in advance,to achieve the goal of controlling project costs,shortening the construction period and improving building quality.
